Agreement to Terms

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payments & Billing

All fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Payment terms are specified in your contract. By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule
• Provide valid and accurate payment information
• Authorize us to charge your provided payment method
• Be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refund policies are outlined in individual service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, logos, and intellectual property on our website and delivered through our services are owned by or licensed to Frio Digital. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile any of our software or tools

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you will be owned by you. However, Frio Digital retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frio Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any outstanding payments will become immediately due. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
